Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Additionally, we offer free local shipping within a specific distance from our location. If you qualify, this option will be available for you to choose at checkout.

International Shipping

For orders outside of continental North America, please email us at info@hiquaapparel.ca to verify if we can ship to your location.

If our support team confirms that shipping is available to your country, your package will be delivered within 2 to 8 weeks. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may occur during the shipping process.
